New member looking for mentor/where to start

Really interested in getting into the real estate game i know very cliche haha
Looking for someone preferably from Melbourne to guide me where to go, how to get started what exactly i need because most of the stuff i read relates to us markets and it does get somewhat confusing for a newbie like myself
