New real estate investor looking to network in Maui, HI.
Hello, fellow BP members! My name is Jim and I'm new to real estate investing. I live in Kihei, Maui, HI and I'm interested in purchasing long term, rental investment properties. I'm excited to meet and network with other professionals in the industry.
I am looking to gain as much information as possible. Can anyone recommend a good source or publication to learn about the local Maui market? One publication I've come across is Living Maui Magazine. Does anyone use this? Is it worth the subscription or should I consider something else? Also, I'd be interested in joining a local real estate group or club so I can meet and network with others.
