just starting out in real estate investing
I am freshly starting out in real estate investing. I've read a few books, went to a few seminars, and took the few first steps in starting up my business venture(business cards, 800 phone number, formed an llc, etc), and I want to start with passive income such as some rental property. However, I have newbie jitters becuase I don't want to set up my first deal wrong, or I don't want to scare off a potential deal for lack of experience, or lack of money. I was an over the road truck driver for over 8 years, and lost my ability to pass a dot physical due to damadge in my right eye, and now I'm sitting on a 500 dollar/month budget, and a lot of motivation to get/keep me going. I have learned a few things with educating myself, but I would love to continue being educated, and helped with as much advise and experience as possible throughout my years of real estate investing.
