Hi my name is Nicholas and i'm from Sydney, Australia.. I will be in Dallas, Tx middle of August and looking to connect with people on the ground. I am hoping to connect with realtors/investors who have EXPERIENCE in Flipping/Rehabbing homes in the Dallas market. I have sufficient funds to get the ball rolling but i guess the main thing for myself is to connect with HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY people on this forum prior to myself coming up to Dallas.
My strategy is to Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance properties until i have enough capital to purchase properties unencumbered. I will RINSE and REPEAT this method until i can reach my goal of my desired passive income. I am looking for CONTRACTORS who are on the ground and can do work in a timely manner. I look forward to anyone that may be able to assist me and put me onto the right people.
