Good morning BiggerPocket family,

I don't believe that I introduced myself via post as of yet. I am currently in Philadelphia, PA. I am a newbie that is looking to network with others to from lasting partnerships in real estate investing. I'm trying to get out of the J.O.B. stage, as the job market is rough right now. I am looking to make my 1st deal(of many to come). I really look forward to taking full advantage that the Bigger Pocket community has to offer.
