I just wanted to say that I am extremely grateful for this website. At this point in time, I don't feel like much of a success as a Real Estate Investor, but I'm going to keep on going and am happy there is this world out there for me, known as BiggerPockets. <3

Like anything in life, this site is what you make it.  I've come across people who are a-holes and very unhelpful, and others(most people on BP) go out of their way to help.  I like what you said about keeping going.  If you never give up, you'll eventually win.
