Hello Bigger Pockets! New Member from Opp, AL
I own a Real Estate Office in Opp, AL. Opp is located in south central Alabama near the Florida line. I also invest in Land(farms, timber, vacant) and typically buy with the intent to divide/flip in smaller parcels. I've already learned a lot from the podcasts and content on BP! Awesome Site! I haven't seen or heard much from Land Investing folks but hope to connect. I have invested in a couple of rental homes but keep going back to vacant land.
