New to real estate investing - Northern Virgina area / DMV
Hello, just joined BP a few weeks ago and love the podcasts and looking to learn more. All the information has been invaluable, but feel I need to start taking action. I am currently living in Northern Virginia, but originally from Baltimore, so I am familiar with the DMV area. Glad to be a part of the BP community!!

Welcome to BP, there are tons of investors and wealth of knowledge on the site. I would recommend going to meetups in the NOVA area to help you start to to action, you will be able to hear more of what steps people are taking to get to where you want to be.
