Hi! Newbie in Salt Lake City, UT Coming out of the Shadows
Hello all! My name is Patricia McPherron, living in Salt Lake City, UT. After months of hanging out in the shadows I'm ready to introduce myself to all of you. My husband & I have turned to real estate in hopes of creating passive income to be able to retire early from our W-2 jobs, travel the world, & have something to leave to our 5 children. We currently have a SFH here in SLC we bought in 2013 & just purchased our 2nd SFH in September in St. Louis, MO where I was born & raised.
I recently started reading books from a guy named Brandon Turner to gain more knowledge & learn from his mistakes, which brought me here to BP. Now he's one of my BFFs along with Josh Dorkin, lol or so it feels like as I spend everyday with them through podcasts determined to listen to them all starting with the very first one. I'm now up to #50. It's an addiction!
I look forward to obtaining more knowledge from those more experienced & meeting new people here at BP.
