Single Mom and PhD student looking to delve into the real estate business to purchase and rent out homes initially then to eventually branch off into commercial property acquisition. Any advice is much appreciated as this will be my first time doing anything like this. I'm excited to be here and I just finished the path to purchase section but I still have many questions about the financing of this type of endeavor.
