Newbie to Real Estate Investing!

Hello Everyone!

I am quite new at real estate investing. I have done some research using the tools provided by Bigger Pockets and attended seminars hosted by companies like Fortune Builders and Rich Dad Company. I am currently an intern at a multifamily investment company. My goal right now is to learn as much information as I possibly can about flipping of single family and renting multifamily properties. I believe that much of my success in real estate will come from working with someone who has experience in investing. I don't care if the process involves waking up super early on weekends or going through 100s of listings to find the right one, I'm seriously looking for a mentor. If you're an investor or know of one in Southern California, I would be delighted to get to know you and learn from your experiences so I can go out and pursue my dream.

Thank You Very Much!
