New investor located in southern NH!
Hey everyone! I I'm new to real estate investing and have only been studying the topic for a couple months now. I just read Brandon Turner's book on investing in Real Estate with no (and low) money down, and also Rich Dad Poor Dad. I'm planning to purchase my first multi family property within the next few months and I wanted to introduce myself to the forum. The podcasts have been so helpful and convenient as Im often driving through upper New England for my current job. I'm 27 years old, married, and planning to start having kids within the next year or two. There's no better time than now to start paving my way toward financial independence! Any tips as I start this new endeavor are greatly appreciated! I'm located in southern NH so if anyone wants to grab a coffee and chat REI sign me up!
