New Investor from Seattle
Hello BP Community,
I am Virender Mann, a professional software engineer in Seattle, WA. I am new to the forums and have been listening to the podcasts for a while. I am a starting a real estate investment business and open for JV. Currently focused on fix-and-flip properties in the Greater Seattle area. I am a investor in the stock market and planning to divert that 100% to real estate. My goal is to build capital to purchase buy-and-hold properties, multi-family homes, and apartment buildings and eventually get rid of my 9-5 job :)
I am thrilled about the wealth of information and help that the BP Community provides. I listen to BP podcast during my daily commute to/fro my office = learning. I am really excited to be here and to be starting my journey as a real estate investor.
