Motivated and Excited New Member
Hello Bigger Pockets community!! My name is Toshiba aka Sheba and I am a newbie that is trying to break into the REI world!! I am currently looking for deals in the Houston, Texas area where I am starting by focusing on wholesaling to start to get my feet wet to eventually do fix n flips, buy and hold, commercial....etc.!! I am definitely nervous yet excited to get this ball rolling!! I have already sent out my marketing flyers and received a call from my first lead TODAY!! My anxiety is through the roof right now but I AM HERE FOR IT!!
