Start investing in real estate! Italian guy 19 years old!

Hi, Before starting I would like to tell you a bit about myself, so you can understand well and help me in the best possible way !! I am 19 years old, I am an Italian boy, I came to Miami alone and I have been here for 3 months, and on May 21 I will start the university here. I've been reading books about real estate, economics, motivation, and more ... I read Robert Allen, Tony Robbin, Robert Kiyosaki and many other books, I only came to the United States to invest in real estate! I am very motivated !!! I would like to invest in property and then rent them, however I am a student and I can not work, this makes it difficult for me to get a mortgage, becouse i don't have the right credentials. After a year of university attendance I can take the SSN for work, at that point I will have the right credentials, but I do not want to wait a year !! I'm motivated to start now! Not being able to get a mortgage, Maybe I have only these three possibilities: 1. Open a mortgage in Italy and send the money here 2. find a partner that puts the credentials 3. Start with the wholesaler, as soon as I have made more money I will start the fix and flip Since you have a lot more experience, maybe you'll give me some advice to find other ways , if in case i only had those three options, I hope you know how to lend me a hand with this challenge !!
