New guy from Houston Texas!
Hello everyone! Just wanted to introduce myself! I'm Justin Marshall, I live in south east Texas in a small town of Mont Belvieu! Which is about 40 mile east of downtown Houston! I have participated in 1 flip and one rehab for a rental with my father in the past. They were both his properties, I just helped with the labor! My wife and I are currently looking to start our real estate portfolio with a couple rentals, and flips and just trying to learn as much as we can!
