First Time Investor in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago.
Hey everyone,
Just wanted to to say hi to the biggerpockets community. I hope to jump into the real estate investing world soon. Soon to graduate from Physician Assistant school with zero assets and tons of liability so I have some work to do! Currently I have been educating myself with some of the real estate books that were recommended on the podcasts. Looking to potentially buy my first live-in flip or house hack (what ever the future wife desires) within a year. Would love to get involved with some local real estate clubs.
