Hello BP forum, I am an eductaed person that recently figured out I am comfortable being broke. This came after doing a lot of research and having an investor tell me that he became uncomfortable not being able to provide for his family, but he didnt wnat to get out of his comfort zone of Mon-Fri 9-5. Once he put in the time and hustle and step out of his comfort zone he realized that his old comfort zone kept his family broke and DING DING DING I woke up to see that I am in the boat he bailed from. Difference now, he is in a yacht and im in my bosses dingy being pulled by the bosses yacht and going where ever the boss points BUT I know it now. Thanks to BP I have already setup to meet with a local REI headed by a fellow Alaskan (i live in Idaho now) and I have 3 buyers that have already put in a wish list ;-) Any help would be great

I am currently looking into using the Wholsale and Subject 2 exit strategies but, the subject 2 is still something I am learning.  I will also be working on my rental portfolio.  I can already see my local area as a comfrot zone that I dont want to be stuck in, so doing things in a virtual way and traveling wont bother me and I am a hop skip and a jump from a lot of places.  If its a deal, its a deal.

Thanks everyone
