chicago -Austin/Humboldt Park area investing

Hello!

I'm an investor looking to buy and hold in chicago Austin area. I am currently
investing in Saint Louis, MO.

I am looking at a property in Austin area now and was hoping to get an insider's view on that part of the town. One of my investor friends really like Austin, Humboldt Park area for buying distressed properties, rehabbing, and renting out to section 8 tenants (which is what I do in Saint Louis).

I would love to hear your thoughts on Austin, humboldt Park for doing something like that. Also, if you have a property manager that you use in the area, please let me know! I appreciate your help.
