Would you purchase a home that has termites?

@Christopher Gibson For people to be notified that you want to acknowledge, you need to tag them. Use the @ sign and start typing their name. Outside the comment box a list of names will. Double click on the name and it will populate the comment box with their name in blue and then they are notified. This way if you have any questions about their response they will be notified. Also voting for the posts people are notified.

@Christopher Gibson   It depends on how extensive the damage is.  If there is just some termite activity and no or little structural damage, no problem.  

Also, it depends on the termites.  In NC, they are ground termites, and they create tubes going up into the structure.  They are easy and inexpensive to treat. In CA, they fly and get all up in the structure, so the homes have to be tented, and my understanding is that is considerably more expensive.
