Ready to start on the road of financial freedom. I’ve been reviewing material...I’d like to start talking to pros and possibly getting mentored. Any advise?
Welcome to BP Julie. You can find investing clubs by going to events https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/521-events-and-happenings
Plenty of investment groups can be found on the meetup website as well. Just know investing on longisland can be difficult to get started. Downpayment and taxes makes it pretty difficult but definitely doable. Just gotta have the money in place or get involved with a good hard money lender. I'm looking to get into flipping myself. I'm from bayshore as well. I started with a couple rental properties to build cashflow.

@Steven Torres good to hear you are in my area, wondering if you know of any investor’s club I can attend, I’d love to hear about your experience.
Hey Julia so I've been to a couple there is actually one tonight https://www.meetup.com/the-rea... I used to go to a lot of meetings but everyone I met would do just that, go to meetings and that's all. I might start going again though. Maybe see if i can partner with someone now that I'm an agent
