RE Accounting/Tax Specialist/CPA
Hi everyone!
I am new to BP and the Irving TX area and have 2 RE investments atm. I found BP through an interesting blog about fidning the right CPA and to be honest it seemed kind of general in nature. One of the responses talked more about finding someone who deeply understands the strategic thinking/planning as opposed to just being good with numbers. This sounds like it makes more sense to me since Tax laws have more of a directional impact than anything else as it relates to the proper management and growth of the financial aspect of the RE entity. Would you agree? I am sure there are groups or training/certifications that train for this but nothing better than experience I am sure!
