Hey y'all!  Here it is, the end of 2019 and my partners and I are starting up a new venture in San Antonio, TX.  In the near-term, we are looking to get into the Buy and Hold market here focused mainly on Cash Flowing Multi-Family properties in developing neighborhoods.  Looking forward to participating in the discussions in the forums here and discovering where we fit into this community.  Looking forward to meeting all of you.
