Whats next for a new home owner looking to become and INVESTOR
Aloha BP family,
I am new to investing just bought my first primary residence in Salt Lake, Honolulu back in JUNE 2019 and looking to get started in expanding my knowledge as well as my investing. Where should I go to get learn more, set up an action plan for my real estate journey? What strategies should I consider since Hawaii is not really a cash flow market and it is super expensive to purchase for a beginner with almost no money?
