Over the last year and a half, my brother Mark and I have submerged ourselves in the world of real estate investing. We purchased our first rental property this year and have been renting it out for a few months now.  Recognizing that the income from one property and savings from our jobs will not be enough to grow our portfolio at the pace we would like, we have also turned to wholesaling as a way to make more money to fund the next deal.  We are looking for like minded, driven investors in the area to network with, discuss ideas, and serve as assets for one another.  Feel to reply with any thoughts, ideas, or motivation to discuss these topics further.

A great way to network her is to set up Keyword alerts for your city. You can set them in you profile settings area. 

@Frank Cisar A great way to start connecting with other like-minded individuals is to attend local meetups in your area. I'm personally hosting my own here in NYC. Another way which I'm also looking to start is a virtual accountability partner and/ or group you check in with.
