Fayetteville, NC looking to expand portfolio!
Hello BP community! I am active duty military and novice real estate investor. Currently own a few rental properties in Fayetteville, NC and surrounding area.
Looking to expand my portfolio in and out of state, network with like minded individuals, and connect with others to expand resources and capabilities.
Prospective areas in which I would like to expand include but not limited to:
Fayetteville, NC
Salisbury, NC
Charlotte, NC
Wilmington, NC
Columbia, SC
Huntsville, AL
I currently have investors in my close circle that are looking to expand in these markets as well. Each of us differ in our ideal target (SF, MF 2-5 unit, HUD) I am looking to network with PM, contractors, agents, and lenders to build resources and connections.
