Newbie hoping to break into real estate investing - Houston, TX

I am a 27 year old out of Houston, TX looking to break into the real estate investment market. From my research, it seems that wholesaling may be my best bet initially. I am hoping to learn all I can from my research and people in forums like this. I am currently trying to build my buyers list before going out and finding deals. I look forward to engaging more with everyone. Please let me know if anyone in Houston would like to meet up for coffee. I’m excited to grow and develop with all of you!
