Newbie hoping to break into real estate investing - Houston, TX
I am a 27 year old out of Houston, TX looking to break into the real estate investment market. From my research, it seems that wholesaling may be my best bet initially. I am hoping to learn all I can from my research and people in forums like this. I am currently trying to build my buyers list before going out and finding deals.
