Hello!  I’ve been tossing around the idea of house hacking here, then keep it after I move, but haven’t pulled the trigger yet.  How about you?  Do you invest here??

I’ve partnered with my mentor on a few flips haven’t pulled the trigger on my first investment as of yet. Haven’t fully figured out what I want to do. I’ve been a licensed agent for 3 years now need to network more.
