Newbie introduction Boca Raton, FL
Greetings BP community! New to south Florida, hailing from Vermont. I recently purchased my first SF home in Boca Raton in a age restricted community. Currently in the process of renovations with the intent to rent the property. I'm excited to cut my teeth on REI here in the sunshine state.
