Real Estate newbie planning first investment!
I've been looking into house hacking with duplexes and I'm curious as to whether it would be better to buy a duplex or have one developed? I'm looking to educate myself well on the subject so that when the time comes I will know what to look for and in what areas of Houston. I've also considered house flipping as a method of starting my REI journey to try to raise capital to aquire rental properties. Just unsure where to start as this is uncharted territory for me. Any feedback or resources I could use to educate myself on these subjects would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!
