Beginner to investing
Im 22 years old and just graduated college. I would like to get into real estate investing but I have minimal cash (roughly $10k). I live in southern california so real estate around me is quite expensive. Any recommendations? I feel like my only options are either finding someone who can do seller financing, or somehow round up some hard money with various other investors.
