Hey everyone! My wife and I are getting started in REI and are beginning to look for our first brrrr. I've been immersing myself in everything real estate. BiggerPockets podcast, rookie podcast, YouTube, webinars, Rich Dad Poor Dad and currently reading David Greene's Brrrr Book! We have access to private money and an agent on board with the plan but would also like to start finding off market deals. Looking to network with other people in Central Washington!
