Already an RE investor but looking for a truly PASSIVE approach?
We all know by now that done right investing in real estate creates wealth, by many stretches of the definition. But what happens when you've already "made it", what happens when you've built the system and have the cash flow to live your life, what do you do to truly transfer over to the full time passive investor?
I think it's no exaggeration to say that we all want more cash flow while also wanting more time to live our lives. For most, that isn't a reality. Most are still stuck in the trap of trading time for money. The simple fix is to flip the model, trade money for time. Sounds easy right? Well it is, it's a mindset, and instead of using your time to "work" why not spend your time looking for your next deal or looking for your next investment. That's the mindset needed to be wildly successfully. It's a focus on the big picture, our insanely wild goals, and not allowing our day to day whirlwinds to deter us away from achieving what it is we set out for in the first place.
Fortunately BiggerPockets is filled with like minded individuals who understand the quality of fruit that investing in real estate allows us to pick. Both the low hanging fruit as well those tougher to reach gems at the top of the tree. I'm personally looking forward to connecting with those who are looking to expand their portfolios and stay ahead of the increasingly parabolic volatility curve derived by the stock market!
