Hi folks! My name is Miles. Nice to meet everybody.
I'm a motion graphics designer and video editor My Work I'm so fortunate to have found this website, it's certainly has helped me take some action with my real estate goals. I've also taken the time to read Brandon Turner's Rental Property Investing book. So much valuable knowledge in there to help me on my real estate journey. Definitely recommend that one. My goal is to purchase a duplex before the end of the year. I'd like to house hack by applying for an FHA loan. I'm looking at Bay View, West Allis and Cudahy Markets. I'd eventually like to get in the habit of purchasing an investment property every two years. I'm only interested in buying/hold no flips. Also, if anybody on here has experience with short sales I'd love to talk with you. I heard the process can be a bit cumbersome.
