Hello all,

I'm Dan and it's my first year participating in real estate. I recently got my deed to my first tax sale property! Not sure if I'm gonna flip it or hold. Financing is so cheap right now! I might leverage it.

Anyway I'm Bird Dogging for a couple investor friends one a pro and another is new like me.

I seem to be getting some results for them we just found out the house we are looking at needs major repairs!

If our contractor can work his magic we might have a pretty good deal! I'm having blast. 

Anyway I'm in to tax sales, Bird Dogging, overages, and have been learning Wholesaling.
