Prices increase since 2013
So I’m new to real estate and currently listening to bigger pockets podcasts. I noticed that the prices of houses seem to be incredibly low on the show. I’m listening to old episode that where shot in 2013 I think but sometime they talk about fourplex listed for 100 thousand dollars while nowadays they rarely go below 550 thousand dollars. Is there something I’m missing or did price really increase that much?
