Brand New to RE Investing
I'm currently living in Hilton Head Island, SC. It's a huge tourist spot, hot market right now, flooded with long and short term rentals. I'm 23 and just started my own contracting business through the shutdown. I used to be a waitress. I've been itching to get into RE for 5 years now and finally feel like I'm just around the corner from shooting out of the gate. I think I'm just short on funds to buy an investment property but I'm worried more so about my income now that I'm freshly self-employed. Any suggestions to raise capital while getting my foot in the door with some people to build a team when I'm ready to buy?
