Hello BP!

My name is Dustin, and I'm sure like most of you, I'm a long time listener to the podcast and decided it's time to bridge the gap. I am currently a traveling RN, and want to find what investing strategy will best fit my current career and personal needs. I do not have any properties as of yet, but I do assist with repairs my family's triplex, (also located in PA) and also tend to the tenant screening when needed. Alas, I'm incredibly green to all of this. 

To help move the learning process along, however, I try to listen to one podcast daily and currently finishing "Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down," will have to see what all the hype behind "Rich Dad Poor Dad" is about and will be browsing this site. Education aside, short-term goals are to save ~50K to hopefully have invested by Summer 2021, learn the basic in's and out's of of this new world, and begin establishing a network of like-minded, ambitious individuals. 

Hope to meet some of you soon. I'm excited to be here.
