Welcome to a wealth of free knowledge! I wish I would have known about BP 5 years ago when I first started investing in RE. I didn’t know anything and fumbled my way through things. All I knew was the 1% rule meant it was an ok deal. So that’s all I did when I looked for deals and crunched the numbers. Lol. But still do that when I first start looking into deals right off the bat today. Haha. Good luck!

Thank you all for the warm welcome! We are looking in to beginning with single family.  We were recently transferred a deed from my parents rental property and we are looking how to work it for the best return.  I am a Police Officer and my wife also has a full time job, therefore we are looking to fit RE in before/after our work hours.  No excuses here though, we are both hungry and can't wait to reach financial independence!  We have read several RE books and can't wait to put ideas in to practice.  Thank you all again for the warm welcome.  This forum gives us so much more confidence to keep pushing and not give up when we face a challenge.
