Seller financing suggestions
Hi!
I was wondering if anyone here knows of a real estate attorney in San Diego that has experience in handling transactions with seller financing?
I am currently unemployed but I have capital for a conventional loan downpayment. Without a W2, my only option (I believe) is to buy a property using seller financing; however, if an owner has a large existing loan, will I be able to assume that loan without a W2? I would need a professional to help write up the offer and walk me through my options, IF this is even worth it.
Any insight is much appreciated!
