hi everyone, I am new here and like many people I'm kicking myself that I didn't find bigger pockets sooner! I have been listening to about 20 episode's and about 5 that listened to twice. I am doing renos as a contractor and I own a furniture delivery business and I have been wanting to get into real-estate for a wile but I did not know how to get started,
is there any one on here that dose any type of real-estate in Lethbridge Alberta? ether flipping, rentals or any investing in real-estate?

Actually I don't, I own properties in Windsor, ON and I'm currently working on acquiring a 20 units apartment building in the Edmonton area.
