Hi BP!  I’ve been a member for over a year, after I bought my place that I live in.  I’ve been reading articles and  I believe 2021 is the year I can buy my first RE investment property. I’m interested in investing out of state.  I’m a bit scared with the pandemic and how that’s affecting landlords but I know deals are happening out there.  Each day I don’t do something is a day lost building my own dream towards financial freedom and just continuing to build someone else’s.

Any tips or article suggestions to read on how to get started are much appreciated!  Looking forward to connecting and learning from all of you!  Thank you so much!
