Evictions in Connecticut? Please share your experience!
A coworker and buy and hold investor warned me of the stringent laws in Connecticut that protect tenants. He says evictions can cost thousands of dollars and tons of time (i.e. opportunity cost).
How common is this among Connecticut investors? Have you had to evict a tenant before? How "bad" was it and is it something I should be concerned about if I am to invest in Connecticut rentals?
