Getting the ball rolling..
For over a year now I have been planning my entry into the real estate field. I have completed the real estate course and passed my exam. Now I am ready to sign on with a brokerage. While I have a few in mind, I would love to work with a broker or agent that is actively involved in REI.
My only condition is it would be a part time position to start due to the time frame I am looking to purchase my first property and would be holding my full time position until that point. I'm currently a full time hvac technician with my contractors license and would love to leverage my skills to help out the right investor.
I am open to suggestions and here to answer any questions.
