Wilmington Investors Network-Monthly Meeting (Wilmington, DE.)
Hello Fellow Innvestors,
Summer is over and we are back in full swing. Our next meeting is scheduled for September 30th, 2009. We are pleased to announce our speaker for this month is Leo Lynch from Liscence and Inspections for the City of Wilmington, DE. The main focus of this meeting is to discuss the recently passed nuisance ordinance that effects all landlords in the city. He will be giving a breif summary of the ordinance as well as answering any questions or concerns. This is a must attend if you are renting in the city of Wilmington. Also, after the speaker is finished there will be open networking for about 1 1/2 hours. Come network with sucessful investors and shorten your learning curve.
