I would like to invest in a rental property in Orlando remotely from New York City and hoping I can get recommendations for RE brokers who work with remote investors. My scope is around 150k - 250k, will put 20 % down and looking to buy and hold for cash flow every month. Will be looking to finance the deal locally as well and potentially building a portfolio overtime.
