Does anyone has a email template to seller not end buyer that they don't mind sharing. Also what is the best formula for ARV.
@Tarquinina Ford Hi Tarquinina, here's a link to an article on a formula for determining the After Repair Value (ARV)
ARV = Current property value + value of renovations
Also note it is value in the formula above, not cost.
This figure should also be measured against comparable homes that sold recently to make sure its in line.
