I am a new real estate investor and am currently living in West Palm Beach, FL. I am looking to start a mastermind group with people in South Florida, anywhere from Fort Lauderdale up to Stuart to share experiences and hold each other accountable to everyone's unique investing goals. I do not have the Real Estate license but contemplating getting one, even tho at the state were I am now I would  consider myself a RE investor more than a Realtor.

@Frank Mongiello ! My brother I had the same idea, lets do it! I run a Mastermind group for entrepreneurs and leaders in WPB called Major Key Connections, unfortunately because of Covid I had to put it on pause as I came to Hawaii (to hide away in tropical paradise) for business. I plan on coming back soon and would be more than happy to connect and help out.

Have a rental property in PB for about 2 years and looking to expand in the area. Would love to take part though i am only down there a few times a year. WIll be down in Jan and hope zoom works.

@Frank Mongiello   I'm late to this party but I just now saw this thread.  I'm in south FL, Broward County.  Moved here 21 years ago. I've been investing in real estate for 27 years.  Started with lease options and still use them to today.  Long term types of deals, short term flips/assignments, and various hybrid options. I'd be happy to participate and contribute to the group.
