Anybody have any recommendations for property management companies in the Savannah, GA area? We have a 100+ unit property and looking for property management company with solid referrals and experience in the Garden City Sub-Market of Savannah GA.  We are currently in discussion with Trinity Multifamily (from Arkansas and Oklahoma) who have experience with Atlanta GA properties:

Hey @John Paniagua Our company has many years Of experience in this area. We currently manage a few hundred single family/small multi family homes in the area as well as 15 associations with over 2000 doors. We manage a 112 unit condominium complex near coffee bluff that would be very similar to this. I would be happy to schedule a meeting if you are interested. Our website is on my profile. Mia Madison does a fantastic job with property management! I have negative reviews about a couple of the others listed, but don't generally bash businesses in a public forum. 

@John Paniagua Sorry to revive this thread, but also looking for larger commercial MF PMs in the general Savannah MSA area. Would you mind if I messaged you to discuss what you research revealed?
