I have found some amazing Lawyers in the North East, but in a market like Metro Atlanta where is the best place to get your referrals? I am in 2 different REIA's but their pages do not allow for easy navigation. Does anyone on BP have any good recommendations for me?

Hey @Derrick Gordon
First, you'll want to narrow in on what kind of attorney you're looking for - an evictions attorney or a general real estate attorney? Now, when you ask people for referrals, they will be able to better direct you.
A great place to start for referrals is with real estate professionals (such as your agent) here in Atlanta. Next you can reach out to local investors for referrals. I've found that a good closing attorney is happy to answer basic questions, provided you return the favor by closing deals with them.
Please, reach out any time if you have other questions or just want to chat!

@Derrick Gordon !! My company and I have been utilizing Shafritz & Dean as our Real Estate attorney. They have consistently provided us with smooth, efficient and time effective closings as well as title searches. Hope this helps!!

If you are looking for a real estate attorney I love working with the Fryer Firm and McCurdy and Candler. Also Campbell and Brannon is great.
